By creating an account or using Delnavazan’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Delnavazan provides online booking, scheduling, and class management for students and tutors. Our system integrates with Google Calendar and Google Meet to automate class scheduling and video conferencing.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Keep login credentials confidential.
  • Use the system only for legitimate educational or tutoring activities.
  • Avoid misuse, unauthorised access, or interference with the service.

4. Google Integration

When connecting your Google account, you authorise Delnavazan to:

  • Create and modify events in your Google Calendar.
  • Generate Google Meet links for appointments.
  • Access your basic Google profile (name, email) for identification.

This access is used solely to manage class schedules. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Payment and Refunds

(If applicable) Payments for classes or bookings are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds or cancellations are handled according to our posted cancellation policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Delnavazan provides its services “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to ensure reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our website, integrations, or third-party services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or present a security risk.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The revised version will be effective once published on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
